PRIVATE training packages

Consultation Call · up to 90 minutes · virtual: $125

• Before we get started with training, we’ll first meet for a consultation call. This initial session is booked separately and lays the foundation for your personalized training plan.

• All training packages are customized to meet the needs of adolescent, adult, or senior dogs.

• Full price is $150 but all new clients receive $25 off.

  • All in-person training starts with an initial virtual consultation call, which last 60-90 minutes. Ideally, this session includes your entire family and/or anyone involved in your dog's training.

  • During the consultation, we will review your dog's behavioral history, behavioral concerns, and training goals. We'll also explore management strategies, behavioral wellness, useful resources, and training expectations. Finally, we'll outline personalized training plans tailored to your dog's specific needs.

Kindred Beginnings: $462

• Includes:

• 1 intro training session (90 mins)

• 3 standard private training sessions (60 mins)

• Training clicker included

• Ideal for:

• Intro package addressing about 3 training goals; ideal for foundational obedience, cover basic cues (such as sit, stay, come or other simple yet impactful cues tailored to your needs), loose leash walking, and addressing minor behavioral concerns. 

• Meet:

• In person for 4 sessions total.

Kindred Learning Path: $759

• Includes:

• 1 intro training session (90 mins)

• 6 standard private training sessions (60 mins) 

• Training clicker included

• Ideal for:

• Standard package addressing 4+ training goals; Provides more practice and reinforcement, especially useful for adolescent dogs, or multi-goal training (for example, cues to expand your training toolkit, polite leash walking + recall + impulse control). 

• Meet:

• In person for 7 sessions total.

Kindred Journey: $1,056

• Includes:

• 1 intro training session (90 mins)

• 9 standard private training sessions (60 mins)

• Training clicker included

• Ideal for:

• Comprehensive package for in-depth training, addressing multiple goals. More sessions tend to be great for adolescent dogs needing complete obedience training and dogs with behavioral challenges requiring consistent work. Also, a great choice for owners who are passionate about committing to training and looking to expand their training toolkit.

• Meet:

• In person for 10 sessions total.

At Kindred Canine, I specialize in helping people with training goals related to obedience, manners, enrichment, and common behavioral problems, just to name a few. My approach is ideal for:

• Reaching your training goals and expanding the skills in your training toolkit (touch, recall, leave it, settle, polite leash walking, greeting guests, alert barking, and more)

• Other common behavior issues such as chewing and destruction, digging, excessive barking, jumping, humping etc.

• Confidence-building

• Impulse control

• Supporting rescue dogs settling into new environments

• Education surrounding reading canine body language

To best serve my clients and ensure everyone receives the support they deserve, I do not currently work with dogs experiencing:

• Aggression or reactivity toward people or other dogs

• Resource guarding

• Separation anxiety or generalized anxiety

• Aggression or reactivity related to high chase/prey drive
  (Dogs with typical prey drive are absolutely welcome—this applies to dogs who may pose a danger to other animals.)

• Fear-based behaviors that involve shutdown, panic, or aggression toward strangers or other dogs
  (Mild fearfulness or a shy disposition is okay—feel free to reach out if you're unsure where your dog falls.)

If you're not sure whether your dog’s behavior falls into one of these categories, feel free to reach out before booking a consultation call. I’m happy to offer guidance or a referral if needed. These behavior challenges are areas I’m actively learning more about and plan to pursue further education in. Because of their complex and nuanced nature, they’re best supported by trainers who have experience in and specialize in behavior modification and often hold advanced certifications. My goal is always to set both you and your dog up for success—whether that means working together or helping you find the right match elsewhere.
